My Honest Review on Digital Boss Academy (DBA)

A deep, no-hype DBA review based on my real experience with all three volumes ,  plus a better alternative

A man in a white t-shirt with "Indish Marketer" written on it smiles and points, with the words "DBA," "DIGITAL BOSS ACADEMY," and "REVIEW" on a blue background.

I bought Digital Boss Academy (DBA) Volume 1 last month, and now I’m writing this to share my honest review of the program.

Digital Boss Academy is the second MRR program I joined, after the Legacy Builders program. I only bought DBA Volume 1 (the low-priced one) because I was scared of losing more money on these kinds of MRR programs.

Legacy Builders was the first MRR program I joined, and I had the worst experience — lost $900 and wasted 4 months. So I was really hesitant to go for DBA Volume 3, and that’s why I started with just Volume 1.

Even though I didn’t buy Volumes 2 and 3, I still got some information about them because I did in-depth research. On top of that, one of my WhatsApp community members actually bought both Volume 2 and Volume 3. I requested him to give me access to the program so I could explore what’s inside and see exactly what we get in those volumes.

So in this review, I’ll be covering everything I personally learned from DBA Volume 1 and what I actually received. Besides that, I’ll also go through all the details of volumes 2 and 3 that I accessed through my community members.

This is a full review and complete breakdown of Digital Boss Academy (all volumes) based on my personal experience and research.

Note: I’m not promoting Digital Boss Academy (DBA) as a reseller in this post. You won’t find any promotional links related to DBA here. Till today, even after buying the course, I’ve never tried to sell it to anyone. I’ll do my best to give you an honest take on the program — what’s inside, how it works, and whether it’s really worth your money. Also, at the end of the post, I’ll talk about an alternative program that’s not MRR or PLR-based but still offers 100% commissions on sales.

How I First Heard About Digital Boss Academy

Skool search result showing various digital academies, with “Digital BOSS Academy!” highlighted showing 31.7k members.

I’m an affiliate marketer, so I usually look for affiliate programs or new programs in the market that I can invest in, learn from, and promote.

That’s how I came to know about Digital Boss Academy (DBA).

I first heard about it through YouTube when I was watching a comparison video between Digital Wealth Academy and Legacy Builders.

The video also mentioned a bit about Digital Boss Academy. That’s how I got to know more about it.

It was also kind of creating a buzz in the Skool communities. At first, I had no intention of buying it because I knew the people who bought it would be marketing it like crazy just to make sales.

But one thing I noticed was that DBA Volume 1 wasn’t as expensive as the Legacy Builders program. It was just $111.

Since I already knew DBA is a PLR program (slightly different to MRR), I figured that if I made even one sale, I’d recover my investment and make 100% profit. So, I ended up purchasing Digital Boss Academy Volume 1 for $111.

What Digital Boss Academy Actually Is and Who’s Behind It

A red-themed graphic with a large DBA logo and a laptop showcasing training thumbnails like Beacons, Stan Store, and Marketing modules.

Digital Boss Academy (DBA) is a PLR community-based digital course that teaches you how to start and grow an online business.

Since DBA is a PLR course, it’s slightly different from typical MRR programs like DWA, Legacy Builders, etc.

Because of its Private Label Rights (PLR) nature, you can customize the products, tools, and resources inside the program and resell them while keeping 100% of the profit.

Honestly, I didn’t find any major difference between DWA, DBA, or Roadmap Exclusive in terms of content. The only way we can differentiate them is by saying DBA is a PLR course, while DWA and Roadmap Exclusive are MRR courses.

But at the end of the day, the concept and the content they sell are pretty much the same.

DBA was created by Billionaire Brooklyn (that’s her Instagram name). She’s known for building Skool communities where she sells digital products.

Instagram profile of Billionaire Brooklynn, showing her as the creator of DBA with over 28.6k followers and 31k members in her Skool group.

She became a millionaire in her 30s by selling Digital Boss Academy.

She definitely shows off a luxury lifestyle. But at the same time, she has faced a lot of criticism and allegations. Some people have even called out scam-related issues linked to DBA and her communities.

A Look Inside the Skool Community

Since this program is completely based on Skool, I have to talk about that — otherwise, you might not fully understand what it’s all about.

At the time of writing this post, the DBA Skool community has 31.6K members.

One thing I noticed is how fast the community is growing.

Just yesterday, it had 31.1K members — that’s 500 new members in just 24 hours. That’s massive growth!

I honestly don’t know what’s cooking behind the scenes or why people are going crazy to buy this course.

As usual with Skool-based programs:

  • In the Community section, you’ll find all the announcements from the DBA admins and posts from other members.
  • The Classroom section has all the courses ,  including Volume 1, Volume 2, and Volume 3.
  • The Calendar section lists all the scheduled live calls hosted by the creators and admins. As a member, you can join any of these calls when they’re live.

Inside the Digital Boss Academy Courses (Volume 1, 2 & 3)

Once I got access to the Skool community, the first thing I did was head straight to the Classroom section. That’s where all the actual training modules are located — and let me tell you, there’s a lot packed into it.

Although I only purchased Volume 1, thanks to my WhatsApp community member, I was able to take a look inside Volume 2 and Volume 3 as well.

So in this section, I’ll walk you through everything I found inside each volume, based on my personal experience and detailed observation.

Volume 1 — The Beginner’s Launchpad

This is the version I personally bought for $111. It is a good starting point if you’re a complete beginner, but if you are experienced, you will find it overwhelming.

Inside view of DBA Volume 1’s Mindset section with a video lesson on Millionaire Mindset and a list of related resources.

Volume 1 is focused on foundational training and comes with Master Resell Rights, which means you can resell this version and keep 100% of the profits.

Here’s what’s covered:

  • Mindset and personal branding
  • Email marketing fundamentals
  • CapCut video editing tutorials
  • SEO and content marketing
  • UGC (User-Generated Content) creation
  • Canva design tips
  • Affiliate marketing basics
  • Automation tools walkthroughs
  • PLR Vault with 100+ editable digital products
  • Business credit and funding guides

This volume is very beginner-friendly. It’s designed for people who want to start from scratch and gradually build an online business. The PLR Vault has many eBooks, templates, and digital assets that you can customize and resell.

My Take: I honestly didn’t like Volume 1. I felt like I wasted my money. It was frustrating because I’m not a beginner in online business, and the content wasn’t really helpful for me.
Sure, I could resell the content to others, but I don’t think I’ll do that.
If you’re a complete beginner, it might help you a little — but not to the level you’re probably expecting. It only covers the basics.
So my honest take: Don’t buy just Volume 1.

Volume 2 — Multiple Streams of Income

After checking out Volume 2 from my friend’s account, I can say this version goes way deeper. It’s all about diversifying income sources and includes training in areas that aren’t usually covered in other MRR courses.

Inside view of DBA Volume 2’s classroom page with a welcome video and training modules like TikTok Shop, Pinterest, and Dropshipping.

Some standout modules I found:

  • TikTok Shop strategies
  • Pinterest marketing and SEO
  • Print-on-demand using Printful and Printify
  • Becoming a virtual assistant
  • Shopify and Etsy store setups
  • Faceless YouTube marketing
  • Men’s marketing modules
  • LinkedIn for resume-building and remote work
  • Real estate wholesaling
  • Creating a virtual call centre
  • Drop Servicing & Funnel building

Volume 2 sells for $222 and also includes access to Volume 1. This one feels more like an intermediate-level training. It is somewhat good for someone who already understands the basics and wants to explore different online income paths. But if you’ve been doing online business for 3 to 4 years like me, then honestly, it’s not for you either.

At this point, I began to wonder — should I check Volume 3 to see if it’s finally something made for people like us?

Volume 3 — Advanced Level & Career Expansion

Now this one really surprised me. Volume 3 is all about advanced training and career opportunities. It feels like a complete upgrade for those who are already earning online and want to scale or branch out into serious ventures.

Inside view of DBA Volume 3 showing a training module on how to add affiliate links via Beacons with a step-by-step tutorial.

Here’s some of what’s inside:

  • Course creation and scaling
  • Becoming a tax preparer or starting a 6-figure tax business
  • Amazon Influencer and product review training
  • Land flipping and property investing
  • Freight brokerage and transportation business
  • Creating a 6-figure music business
  • Podcast creation, Notion setup, and branding
  • Mastering advanced content creation and UGC
  • Real estate, stocks, daycare, homeschool, business setups
  • Travel agency setup, sublimation business, binary trading

Volume 3 gives you access to all three volumes. It also turns you into an affiliate (instead of just a reseller). Being an affiliate of DBA, you can earn commissions by promoting the entire program. I somewhat liked Volume 3, but I still have a lot of questions.

My first big question is: Why did they make Volume 3 an affiliate program, while the other volumes are based on MRR or PLR?

From what I understand, it’s probably because they don’t want resellers to earn all the commission. Instead, they want to keep a cut for themselves, especially since Volume 3 costs $444.

Either way, even if I had bought Volume 3, I still wouldn’t promote it as an affiliate, because I’ve found a better alternative.

A man looking thoughtful with the text “I have a better alternative than DBA” on a yellow background.

What’s special about this alternative program is that it’s an all-in-one affiliate system. It gives you a done-for-you setup, and you can even earn money by doing simple tasks, like commenting on Facebook posts in their group.

You get points for daily activities — logging in, generating leads, making sales, and more. At the end of the month, your accumulated points can earn you a reward payout between $50 to $10,000.

This isn’t just about sales commissions — it goes beyond that.

That’s exactly why I recommend my alternative program over DBA.

Is It Worth Buying All Three DBA Volumes?

A hand-drawn cartoon of a man holding a sign that reads “Yes, you can buy DBA but…” with a neutral expression.

Each volume of DBA builds upon the previous one. Volume 1 helps you start, Volume 2 helps you grow through multiple streams, and Volume 3 is where you scale and diversify.

(Note: if you’re experienced, then I would say even if you take Volume 3, it still won’t help you much to scale or diversify — at least based on my observation.)

From what I explored, the training is step-by-step and very detailed, which is good for beginners. Along with the training, they provide checklists, action items, templates, and real examples.

They also include a PLR Vault and a Content Vault. These vaults contain over 40,000 faceless reels, done-for-you captions, and templates.

What the Internet Really Thinks About DBA

A cartoon illustration of three people with mixed opinions about DBA — one happy, one confused, and one skeptical.

Over the past few months, I’ve been watching what people are saying about Digital Boss Academy (DBA) online. Back in February and March, I saw quite a few Instagram posts and YouTube videos that were critical of the program and its creator, Billionaire Brooklyn. Some people were calling it a scam ,  similar to the way people have criticized Digital Wealth Academy.

But now, most of those negative videos are either gone or really hard to find. Lately, the majority of reviews and content I’ve come across about DBA are actually positive.

Compared to Digital Wealth Academy — which still gets a lot of hate — DBA seems to have fewer complaints and fewer scam allegations. Most of the feedback I saw on YouTube was from people who actually took the course, and they seemed happy with the value and content inside.

I did find one negative video, but the creator of that video never joined DBA. Still, he was calling it a scam and saying the content wasn’t worth the price. Personally, I don’t take those kinds of reviews seriously ,  especially when they haven’t even tried the course themselves.

So, based on what I’ve seen, DBA has a better reputation than many other similar programs. Most people seem to like it, and there are way more positive reviews than negative ones.

Important Update: DBA Shifts from MRR to Affiliate-Only Model

A red background with an alert triangle icon and bold text saying “ALERT: DBA IS NO MORE AN MRR”.

I started writing this article back in March, but for some reason, I kept it in draft. When I resumed working on it on April 13 and checked the DBA community again, I noticed a major update.

Instead of rewriting the entire content, I’m adding this quick update section, because going back and changing everything would take a lot of time and may require reworking the full article.

As of April 2, 2025, Digital Boss Academy is no longer a Master Resell Rights program.

It has now fully transitioned into a traditional affiliate model.

What does this mean?

  • Previously, with MRR, you could resell Volumes 1 and 2 and keep 100% of the payment.
  • Now, you must use a unique affiliate link to promote the program.
  • Commissions are set at 85%, which is still a high payout by affiliate marketing standards.

This change happened because many people were misusing the MRR system — creating fake receipts, underpricing the program, and violating terms. So the team behind DBA decided to switch to an affiliate setup to regain control over payments and program access.

Now, there’s a single checkout process handled by the creators themselves. It helps prevent fraud and ensures everyone promoting DBA follows the same structure.

If you’re already a member, make sure to visit the Classroom section and update your affiliate setup by following the new instructions. It only takes a few minutes.

While the MRR option is now void, the affiliate model still offers generous commissions and may allow for more long-term sustainability and content updates from the creators.

How Much Does DBA Really Cost?

A pricing section for Digital Boss Academy showing volumes 1, 2, and 3 with corresponding prices and CTA buttons.

Let’s break down the pricing of Digital Boss Academy (DBA):

  • Volume 1: $111
  • Volume 2: $222 (includes access to Volume 1)
  • Volume 3: $444 (includes access to Volumes 1 and 2)

Now, let’s talk about whether it’s worth it for you.

My Honest Recommendation on Whether You Should Buy DBA

A cartoon character smiling and holding a sign that says “RECOMMENDED FOR BEGINNERS” in an office setting.

So, let’s get straight to the point. Digital Boss Academy (DBA) is a solid program for beginners. If you’re just starting out or somewhere in the intermediate stage, it can offer you useful training and resources.

However, if you’re someone with a few years of experience in online business — like me — I wouldn’t really recommend DBA for you. With the recent update, DBA is now an affiliate program. That means you can no longer resell it for 100% profit like before. Instead, you earn an 85% commission as an affiliate.

So, if you’re looking for an affiliate program, you might wonder: why choose DBA? There are other programs out there that offer 100% commissions in certain cases. (Yes, I know one)

Now, that doesn’t mean DBA is a bad investment. If you’re curious or want to learn something new, you can still give it a shot. It does offer useful training and resources, especially for those who are newer to the online business world.

But I won’t be upgrading to Volume 2 or 3. I’ve already bought Volume 1 to give you all a thorough review. So from my experience, if I were in your shoes right now, I wouldn’t go for it.

Ultimately, the choice is yours. If you think DBA fits your needs, go for it. Just be aware of what you’re signing up for.

Now, let’s dive into the alternative program that I promised to talk about — one that offers 100% commissions and might be a better fit for experienced marketers.

A Better Alternative I Personally Recommend: The OLSP System

Dashboard view of the OLSP system showing commissions, points earned, referral links, and a welcome video section.

Alright, so the alternative program I’ve been hinting at is called the OLSP System. This program was created by Wayne Crowe and has been around for more than 10 years. It’s constantly evolving and improving, making it a top-notch all-in-one affiliate program.

In my four years of affiliate marketing, I’ve seen a lot of programs, but OLSP really stands out. Why? Because it pays you for doing small, simple tasks. For example, you can earn $0.25 for every comment you make on their Facebook group. Plus, you get paid for completing various tasks that earn you points.

OLSP dashboard screen showing $3 earned through commenting, with instructions and a video explaining how it works.

You can accumulate points for bringing in leads, making sales, and engaging with the community. At the end of the month, these points can translate into rewards ranging from $50 to $10,000. I’ve personally won these rewards multiple times.

The initial investment is just $7 to get something called the Mega Link. Once you have the Mega Link, you can start promoting and earning 100% commissions from Tier 1 country traffic. If you upgrade to something called Team Builders for $997, you can earn 200% commissions — for example, $14 on a $7 sale.

That’s what makes OLSP a better alternative to DBA. It rewards you not just for sales, but for your engagement and effort. Plus, there are multiple streams of income you can tap into, including tools, software, and traffic sources.

So, if you’re looking for a program that offers great commissions and multiple ways to earn, OLSP is definitely worth a try. You can start with a free account, explore it yourself, and see if it’s the right fit for you.
