Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are generally final. Once you purchase a digital product (e.g., an ebook, training course, downloadable resource), you will receive instant access, and we cannot offer refunds except in the cases mentioned below.

Eligible Refunds May Be Provided If:

  • You are unable to access the product due to a technical issue on our end.
  • You mistakenly made a duplicate purchase.
  • A refund request is made within 7 days of purchase and includes a valid reason.

3. Subscription Cancellations (If Applicable)

  • You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time on a subscription.
  • Once cancelled, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days, and credited via the original payment method. Actual refund timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.
